Your furniture project shouldn’t come with a second job called “following up.”

When you’re building a home, there’s already enough to think about. At Maanavi, one person takes ownership of your project from start to finish, so you always know who to call, who has the answer, and who is making sure things move.

That’s how we become your furniture manufacturing partner, end to end. Behind that one person is an entire team of designers, factory teams, procurement, quality checks, and installation working together. You just get to experience the simple
part.

Because the furniture is important, but so is how you get there.

This is what our week looked like and honestly we are still recovering. 😭 Five cities in one week and each one at a completely different stage.

1.Delhi | 5,500 sq ft | Duplex | Pre Production
2.Raipur | 9,000 sq ft | Bungalow | Final Drawings
3.Delhi | 25,000 sq ft | Farmhouse | Production Underway
4.Cuttack | 17,000 sq ft | Quadruplex | Delivery Underway
5.Rourkela | 12,000 sq ft | Bungalow | Site Marking Done

Running multiple sites at multiple stages means having multiple teams who each know exactly what they are doing. It has taken years to build that and what makes it work is that no matter how spread out the week gets everyone comes back and gets
on the same page about every single site before we move to the next phase.

If you want to follow along and see how these turn out, you know where to find us👀

A million views in under 24 hours. And then? what?

Virality is overrated and this episode is the proof of that. Social media opened the doors but what was behind those doors still had to speak for itself. That is when the philosophy that still runs this brand was born.

Whether five people saw it or five thousand the quality was never going to change. Not for the camera. For the work and for the client.

Nearly 70 out of every 100 projects came through word of mouth alone. And then one unexpected call changed everything.

Stay tuned to find out what it was👀

This is what happens when you stop thinking of furniture as just functional🖤

A black unit with textured rust doors and two hand painted cheetahs. But before any of that, here is everything that went into it.

1. Wood selection - Teak wood for the legs, HDHMR for the shutters and BWR for the base. Each one picked for a reason.
2. Shaping - Every panel and edge cut exactly as it needs to be.
3. Sanding - The surface has to be completely smooth before anything goes on it.
4. Buffing - The step that actually makes the paint stay. Skip this and the whole finish falls apart over time.
5. Painting - From the black base to the textured rust doors to the cheetahs on top, every single detail was painted by Rogán.
6. Installation - Getting it to site and putting it all together exactly as planned.

Would you go this far to customise a piece? 👇

This kids bedroom has more going on than most living rooms we have seen. 🤍

50+ pieces for this 11,000 sq ft home and this room alone kept us on our toes. Every corner was thought through for two kids who needed their own space within the same room. Storage that actually works, a study setup they would want to sit at, a snacking corner built to survive everyday chaos and a full play
zone that parents do not have to worry about.

Soft edges, playful blue and honestly it just came together the way you hope a
room does.

Know someone who would love this? Send it to them. 👇

Villa 31, Lonavala. Pt.3 🤍

The space is 3,500 sq ft and we crafted 40+ pieces for this home. These are some of our favourite pieces from across the project.

Dual Sitting Chaise - Two sides in 1 sofa built for long evenings.
Ottoman - Extra seating that holds its own.
Coffee Table - A sculptural wood piece to anchor the landing area.
Reading Chair and Sidetable - The corner you actually want to sit in.
Vanity Pouff - Makes getting ready feel a little more considered.
Smart Storage Desk and Study Chair - A setup that keeps everything in order.

Nobody was ready for COVID. Especially not us. 😭

We were right in the middle of our biggest move yet when everything slowed down. So instead of sitting around we opened Instagram and started putting out everything we had. Real work, real sites, real processes and the kind of honesty that people were not used to seeing from a furniture brand. Turns out being one of the first ones to do it mattered more than we knew at the time.

What happened after we went viral though is a whole other story.
👀 Stay tuned
