The project explores the beauty of materials in their most authentic state. IPS flooring, textured
concrete, timber, stainless steel, and acoustic panels are left honest and unadorned, allowing light,
proportion, and craftsmanship to define the spatial experience rather than applied decoration.

There are few architectural platforms in the world that command the respect, legacy, and global influence of the Aga Khan Award for Architecture.

Established to recognize projects that improve quality of life through architecture, the award has celebrated works that transcend aesthetics and contribute meaningfully to society, culture, and the environment.

For our project to be reviewed within this distinguished platform was an extraordinary honour. It placed our work within a global conversation alongside projects that challenge conventions and redefine the role of architecture.

More than a milestone, it is a reminder that thoughtful, context-driven architecture can create an impact far beyond the boundaries of a site.

This moment belongs to client, consultant, craftsman, and team member who shared the vision and helped transform an idea into a meaningful place.

Retreat home is a get-away house to escape the frenzied hustle and bustle of city life.

The idea was to envisage a space where rustic extravagance entwines with comfort, where every detail is meticulously crafted to create lasting memories. In its first appearance, the abode reveals itself as a two-tiered linearly designed structure partly camouflaged in the greens.
