I'm super excited, thrilled and happy to share the results of 45 days of knitting the absolutely gorgeous by that I made for myself. This is a beautiful pattern which was easy to follow for an intermediate knitted like myself.

The yarn is Muskat, which has the most stunning glow that is impossible to capture with my limited photography skills.

This was supposed to be a simple project but I don't like to do simple things. I take a simple concept and turn it into something pretty, beautiful and unique.

Many times there is a stigma in the knitting community against using a domestic knitting machine. It is deemed as the "easy way to knit". Customers also raise an eyebrow with a smirk to signal, it's not really handmade, is it?

It takes a lot of muscle and brain power to create the patterns and fix the dropped stitches without losing your sanity while keeping an eye on the row counter.
