A project I have been wanting to share :)
What I enjoyed most about this project was not the final outcome , but the process of making it
There is of course that gripping moment while opening the kiln and see what has come out and checking the pieces if they survived without the cracks
But for me there is something more emotionally satisfying about working with clay, slowly building the forms and watching the piece take shape.

Looking forward to seeing these pieces adorn the walls at Windermere , Munnar

Some things are better when they aren’t planned.

These earrings began with a handful of leftover yarns and a little bit of experimenting.

There was no colour palette, no sketch, no particular pattern in mind. As we played around with the yarn, the swirls slowly began to take shape.

And somehow, they came together in the most unexpected colour combinations.

After what feels like forever ,probably five years — we finally participated in a craft bazaar again.

We were so happy to be a part of the Hortus Crafts Bazaar .
For the past few months, we’ve been working on our ceramic jewellery, and this was our first chance in a long time to take our work out and see how people respond to it.

And the response was truly heartwarming. People connected with our pieces, asked about the stories behind them. It was wonderful to meet so many of you, share our work, and simply be out there again.

Happily overwhelmed.

My birding sessions are usually in the evenings, when most of the birds are getting ready to return. And just when I’m about to wind up and put my binoculars back in my bag, the Night Herons arrive.

They come alone or in small groups and settle down quietly in the fields, beside waterbodies reflecting the soft pink of the evening sky. They can stand there for hours, patiently staring into the water, waiting for the right moment to make their catch.
Somehow, they always seem to arrive just when I’m ready to leave.
