Surrounded by breathtaking scenic views, they had everything nature could offer, yet their first architectural consultant had caused them a significant loss. When we first visited the site, it felt like a nightmare—low structural strength, poor material quality, no clear business purpose, and an investment that had become nothing more than a showpiece. To make matters worse, it wasn't even aesthetically beautiful.
Then came our opportunity—as usual—to perform better than the best.
