Your friends may say you have zero chill or a casual party is anything but casual for you. But when it’s all done—perfected beyond measure— don’t they just love it? So, like Meher does, go all out anyway.

The newest generation of hosts are doing things differently. Home of the Hostess is our new series where we discover the tricks up their sleeve. Link in bio.

She doesn’t leave any plate unturned, a centrepiece unfinished, or a measurement to imagination. Meet Meher Sra Rohatgi—interior designer, seasoned host, and the one who loves the prep just as much as the party.

The newest generation of hosts are doing things differently. Home of the Hostess is our new series where we discover the tricks up their sleeve.

An evening at Hindustan Park, Kolkata, made up of all the right ingredients— tapas, wine, and good conversation.

Good Earth and CAARA hosted an intimate masterclass with Chef Sunil Kumar and Designer Rocio Perez, where guests discovered gourmet Spanish recipes, plating techniques, and the Moorish design and making behind Al-Andalus — our newest stoneware range, inspired by the gardens of Granada.

The splendour of the moon, the stars, the rising sun, the winds, animals, birds, rivers, trees and mountains…together form the beauty of nature.
- Rigveda

Today we celebrate the man who has spent a lifetime reminding the world of Van Vaibhav. Happy 100th, Sir David!

Featuring shells, wild flora, and coastal botanicals in shades of azure, Oceana reflects the tranquil beauty of Maldivian atolls and sandy shores in fine porcelain, shimmering in 950 pure platinum and 24 karat gold.

Maladvipa was the original name of the aquamarine atolls set in the Indian Ocean, a Sanskrit term that translates as “necklace of islands.”

In summer of 2018, our design team travelled to the Maldives and created a design story, Oceana. This summer we bring back the serenity of a cool lagoon to the table.

The youngest of the five oceans, yet the most complex— the Indian ocean is a pulse of movement, memory, and mystery, forever offering something new to discover. We return to these tides, retracing the paths that once connected us all.

In Pushkar, if you walk long enough, a pattern emerges. Circles within circles.

Music hums in spinning discs, instruments echo in loops, food arrives rounded and complete. We see it in carvings, in rangoli, in metalwork, in the way the city moves. The circular form appears at every scale, from the diameter of a single marigold arrangement to a thali set down on a temple floor.

To walk through Pushkar is to keep finding the same shape, return to it differently each time.

As We See It is a new series spotlighting details that catch our design eye in the cities we travel through.

At Raulane, a 5000 year-old spring festival that honours Sauni mountain fairies, rani becomes the colour of gratitude and community.
