A contemporary architectural development defined by a dynamic play of massing and form, the project seamlessly integrates commercial and residential functions. The lower levels accommodate vibrant commercial spaces, activating the street edge, while slender high-rise residential towers rise above, offering expansive views. At the heart of the composition lies a centrally positioned pool, creating a serene focal point that enhances spatial connectivity and elevates the overall living experience.
