We at The Thakors' believe a good design can help people to attain comfort and enjoy the aesthetic value as an added benefit. We have worked mostly on residential projects. One of our project, a bungalow built on a 5000 sq. land was featured in Design Matrix magazine in the issue of July 2015. Two of our other projects were published in Local newspaper Divya Bhaskar under the column of “Dream Hom

e”, One of them was an apartment and the other was a farm house. Design to us is more than just aesthetics.

There’s something about the warmth of wood paired with quiet, neutral tones that always feels right to me.

It brings a sense of ease into a space — soft, grounded, and deeply comforting. The textures, the grains, the subtle variations… they create an intimacy that doesn’t demand attention, yet stays with you.

For me, this palette is timeless. It doesn’t follow trends, it holds presence — shaping spaces that feel lived-in, calm, and quietly complete.

As a designer, I’ve come to realise that the most meaningful spaces are born when the client and I are truly aligned — not just in taste, but in intent.

I lean towards neat design — not as a trend, but as a way of thinking. To me, true luxury lies in restraint… in choosing only what is necessary, and allowing each element the space to breathe.

My approach is to shape spaces that feel calm, rooted, and quietly distinctive — where materials speak honestly, and every detail holds purpose.

Because in the end, it’s not just about how a space looks, but how it feels to live in it.
