تصميم مبنى متعدد الاستخدامات من 8 طوابق، بمساحة بناء إجمالية تتجاوز 11,800 م² لكل طابق، يجمع بين الوظيفة، الكفاءة، والهوية المعمارية المعاصرة.

يتضمن المشروع مواقف سيارات، طابقين تجاريين، وأربعة طوابق مكتبية، ضمن رؤية تصميمية متكاملة توازن بين الحركة، الاستخدام، والواجهة المعمارية.

An architectural vision beyond the limits of space.
A contemporary 8-story mixed-use building, with a built-up area exceeding 11,800 m² per floor, designed to integrate functionality, efficiency, and a distinctive architectural identity.

The project comprises parking facilities, two commercial floors, and four office floors, creating a comprehensive environment that balances circulation, functionality, and architectural expression.

بینینێکی ئەندازیاری لە سنووری فضا زیاترە.
دیزاینی بینایەکی ٨ نهۆمی چندبەکارهێنان، بە ڕووبەرێکی بنیاتنان کە لە ١١,٨٠٠ م² بۆ هەر نهۆمێک زیاترە، کە کارایی، بەکارهێنان و ناسنامەیەکی نوێی ئەندازیاری لە یەکدا کۆدەکاتەوە.

من جبال كردستان الحبيبة… تبدأ حكاية جديدة للسياحة في العراق. ⛰️

تطلق Entrata إحدى إبداعاتها المعمارية بتصميم مشروع سياحي استثنائي، يقدّم مفهومًا جديدًا للضيافة والخصوصية، حيث تلتقي الفخامة مع الطبيعة في تناغمٍ فريد.

يضم المشروع فللًا فاخرة بمساحات تتجاوز 2,000 م² للفيلا الواحدة، مع مساحات خضراء واسعة ومسابح خاصة، إضافةً إلى شاليهات عائلية وفندق بوتيك متكامل يضم مختلف المرافق الخدمية والترفيهية والسياحية.

تجربة متكاملة للعائلة…
خصوصية مطلقة، رفاهية استثنائية، وتناغم أصيل مع الطبيعة والجبال.

في Entrata، لا نصمم المساحات فقط…

پرۆژەکە ڤیلای لوکس لەخۆدەگرێت بە ڕووبەرێکی زیاتر لە 2,000 م² بۆ هەر ڤیلایەک، لەگەڵ بۆشاییە سەوزە فراوانەکان و مەلەوانگەی تایبەت، هەروەها شالیەی تایبەت بۆ خێزانەکان و هوتێلێکی Boutique بە هەموو خزمەتگوزاری و دامەزراوە گەشتیاری و کات بەسەربردنەکانەوە.

A house is less an object than a relationship — an agreement between
structure and light, between the garden pressing at the glass and the
people who slow their days inside it. This residence was shaped around
that idea: travertine and walnut carry the warmth, full-height glazing
dissolves the line between inside and out until the garden feels like
another room, and every material was chosen for how it will age rather
than how it photographs. Nothing asks to be noticed. What remains is
space that breathes — architecture that doesn’t perform, but waits to be
lived in, where light does the decorating and time finishes the work.
