Watamu | Kenya | 2024
Wuzà brings together the intimacy of a home with the elegance of a resort, blending local tradition and contemporary design. Inspired by Baobab trees, the structures open onto generous spaces and ocean views, making the most of natural light. Raw, tactile materials, makuti roofs, microcement and wood: thresholds dissolve the line between interior and tropical garden. A water path wraps around the building, creating a serene, regenerative atmosphere. Each room is an exercise in calm, where innovation and sustainability meet the refinement of contemporary design.

A concept born from the bond between a designer and a hair-stylist who have spent years distinguishing themselves through creativity and intuition. A new way of thinking and organizing spaces, where every environment becomes an authentic expression of care and comfort, with the client at the heart of the project, and every single detail studied to satisfy them on an unconscious level, offering those moments of stillness that, in everyday life, nurture psychophysical wellbeing.

Villa DF | Apulia | 2025

The bathroom as a place of stillness.
Arches lead through arches — each one a threshold, each one an invitation to slow down. A sunken bath set into the floor. Stone blocks, rough and unfinished, carrying a brass surface and a round sink. Ancient walls left as they were, lit from below, holding the warmth of a place that has known many silences before this one.
There is no separation here between the intimate and the monumental. They were always the same thing.
