Manoteca Italian Custom Made Furniture Manoteca is a workshop that produces unique pieces of furniture, entirely handmade and treated with non-toxic paints.

Each element, through the allegorical meaning attributed to it, wants to tell a story, In this way every object is transformed into a metaphor. A recovery of an identity, which passes through chosen objects, mainly related to the Emilia Romagna region, with it's soft shapes, colors and suffused lights: a renewed romance in what used to be. We love to give new life to pieces of our history.

It’s a wardrobe. It’s a painting. It’s a game.

A robin, a rabbit, a cockatoo, and a mouse.

The panels slide.

The figures come apart and reassemble.

Heads, clothes, and legs move from one character to another, creating sixty-four possible combinations.

A painting in perpetual metamorphosis, where the image is never the same twice.

Vestiario: a restored 1940s Italian wardrobe, transformed by Manoteca into a one-of-a-kind collectible piece of furniture.

Bestiario: twelve panels, hand-painted by the Italian artist Ericailcane. Together, they form a painting measuring 212 × 159 cm (83.5 × 62.6 in).

The diagram takes the form of an object that generates colour through contact, overlap and displacement. An abstract process made physical, available to the hands, dependent on the body moving around it.
