10 studi di architettura di ogni città apriranno le loro porte per organizzare un party direttamente all'interno del loro spazio. Un nuovo modo per comunicare gli spazi dove nasce l'architettura contemporanea e per incontrare e dialogare con i suoi protagonisti

Tema dell'edizione 2025 sarà Grafica e Architettura Contemporanea. Ciascuno studio realizzerà una propria grafica, all'ingresso di ogni party sarà possibile ritirare il Poster della grafica di ciascuno studio

Prima tappa dell'edizione 2025 sarà AltoAdige una tappa distribuita tra Brunico, Bressanone e Bolzano

In a panoramic position on the hill of Torri del Benaco we had the pleasure to design, plan and execute the Interior of a private residential villa.

Even for the DAYTOILET of the house we developed a customised design, which takes up the common thread of the architectural language and the exterior surroundings by projecting landscape structures into the interior.
 
An abstract landscape wallpaper takes up the geometries of the surrounding Mediterranean landscape, meeting the ‘travertino panna’ which extends as flooring through the entire ground floor and out onto the terrace.  The ceilings were designed as a deep black sky over Lake Garda when the bora blows, in black latex paint and the walls in breathable and sustainable lime-cement plaster.
 
The free-standing washbasin with marble base and semi-transparent washbasin sparkles like a soloist against the surrounding backdrop!

In una posizione panoramica nelle colline di Torri del Benaco, abbiamo progettato e realizzato l’ architettura degli interni di una villa residenziale privata.

Persino per la toilette della casa abbiamo sviluppato un progetto personalizzato che riprende il filo conduttore del linguaggio architettonico e le caratteristiche geografiche dell’ambiente circostante, proiettando all’interno strutture paesaggistiche.

Un’ astratta carta da parati paesaggistica, che riprende le geometrie del paesaggio mediterraneo in cui è inserita la villa, incontra il “travertino panna”, che si estende come pavimentazione per tutto il piano terra e sulle terrazze. I soffitti sono rifiniti con vernice al lattice nera, come il cielo nero del lago di Garda quando soffia la bora, e le pareti con intonaco di calce traspirante e sostenibile.

Il lavabo freestanding con la base in marmo e il lavabo semitrasparente arancione scintilla come un solista sullo sfondo circostante!

For the living & pool terrace of VILLA W. - Lake Garda - we provided natural inside out floating stone pavement through prestigious ‘travertine panna’ with a special treatment to create a continuity of space between inside and outside.

In a panoramic position on the hill of Torri del Benaco, overlooking the lake, we had the pleasure to create and realise this TERRACE DESIGN of a private residential villa. Integrated into the surrounding landscape, nestled in the terraced olive trees.

A covered terrace area was carved out of the building structure on the ground floor in function as a protected DINING AREA, which we equipped with atmospheric and functional lighting as well as high-quality natural outdoor furniture.

MEDITERRANE BATHROOM. In a panoramic position on the hill of Torri del Benaco, overlooking the lake, we had the pleasure to design the whole Interior of a private residential Villa. Integrated into the surrounding landscape, nestled in the terraced olive trees, this Villa in its L- form oriented to a large range versus south/ west is overlooking the entire southern part of lake Garda. Chosen NATURAL inside- out- floating stone pavements - prestigious ‘travertino panna’ with a special treatment to create a continuity of space between inside and outside. In the bathrooms also we provided an individual, specially for lighting integration designed atmospheric, functional and decorative LIGHTING concept.

The lake itself is an integral part of the villa in every bedroom as well as the bathrooms, lake view is one of the fascinating characteristic qualities.

For the bathrooms head of .architecture, architect and interior designer .da___ has created an ensemble of high-quality-interior-design elements: Fittings with wall outsides from Boffi to allow unhindered use of the Corian washbasins and an aesthetically uncluttered area. The floor coverings in Travertino Panna and wall coverings in a waterproof lime cement plaster, which optimally regulates the microclimate in the wet rooms, round off the minimal chic and natural look perfectly.

The flush-mounted Rain Shower with multifunctional mode by Antonio Lupi pamper you on a fine SPA level. The filigree shower cubicles designed by Matteo Thun round off the perfect Italian way of life in these spacious panoramic bathrooms.

A bench with a back waterfall massage behind it is the ultimate highlight of this shower experience.

A hotel structure in the middle of lush, gently rolling meadows by a secluded water sparkling pond, surrounded by rustling forests - this picturesque, recharging natural landscape prompted us to let the prominently present natural surroundings flowing into the interior spaces.

The challenges for this interior spatial structure of hotel bar, lounge zone and restaurant were to follow the round building structure and to optimally integrate the functionality of the service facilities behind it. By breaking up the ceiling structure, a sophisticated, individually tailored lighting concept, coarse-grained sound plot panels cleverly integrated into the suspended ceiling panels, the room acoustics were optimized.

Setting an example of sustainability, especially in tourism, only authentically genuine and therefore stable materials such as natural stone, real wood, lime cement etc. were chosen, whose origins lie in the regional context. The striking bar lights made of papyrus and wood are completely free of plastic parts.

The sophisticated interior was deliberately designed according to the well-traveled young generation of the hotel owner family in a slow luxurious style, far removed from classic alpine hotel architecture, yet with sensitive references to the surroundings - open and receptive to the international guest clientele from all over the world of this jewel in the middle of the alps.

Es war uns eine Ehre und Freude monovolume architecture + design ! Dieses GEFÜHL VON KLARHEIT & FUNCTIONAL ESSENCE durften wir im Auftrag von monovolume architecture + Design entwerfen - einen faszinierenden SHOWROOM des Unternehmen Südtirol Fenster als unkonventionelle Erlebniswelt zur überzeugenden Präsentation ihrer außergewöhnlichen Fensterelemente und spannenden Neuheiten!

INTERIORS: Studioadeva.architecture & interiors x Monovolume Architecture

Im Sanierungs Zuge eines ATTICO’s, das sich über die gesamte oberste Etage eines gediegenen, freigestellten Rundgebäudes im Stadtzentrum von Bozen erstreckt, wurde der ausgedehnte Wohnraum aufgebrochen und gut ausgeklügelt in mehrere Bereiche zoniert.

Highlight dieser living-zone ist die elegante, in schwarz gehaltene und auf einem Messingsockel ruhende KÜCHE die sich ua. aus einer, dem Gebäudeverlauf folgenden Backup- Küchenzeile und einer suggestiv hinterleuchteten Mini-Bar zusammensetzt, welche eine kommunikative Verbindung zum Essbereich favorisiert. Der funktionale Gerätebereich - Standard einer professionellen Gastroküche - wurde an der frei zugänglichen Ecke der Küchenvertiefung positioniert.

Die expressive Deckenstrukturierung gestaltet sich auch in diesem Bereich, die eher niedere Raumhöhe zu weiten und zeitgleich geschickt zu erhöhen. Die springende Deckenlinie birgt darüber hinaus nicht nur ebenso die unsichtbare Soundtechnik sondern fungiert primär als Basiselement für das atmosphärische, funktional und dekorativ ausgerichtete Beleuchtungskonzept.
