Nilufar Grand Hotel turned Nilufar Depot into an imaginary hotel for Milano Design Week 2026, conceived by Nina Yashar as a journey through collectible design, turning the industrial scale into a sequence of hospitality scenes.

In the lobby, we installed our Nexus carpet: a solid brown surface with a subtle lustre, designed to hold the welcome area together and let the pieces, materials and light take the lead.

Oceania does what a good contract floor should do: it keeps the room together. The neutral shade supports the lighting and the darker elements, and the space reads as one. The surface stays discreet, with a comfortable acoustic effect.
