Fondata nel 1960 dal giovanissimo Ferdinando Pistore, all’epoca scalpellino e artigiano e oggi Presidente della società, Pistore Marmi è ora gestito dalla seconda generazione. Founded in 1960 by the young Ferdinando Pistore, at the time a stonecutter and artisan and today Chairman of the company, Pistore Marmi is now managed by the second generation. We present Onyx Bloom, the sculptural centerpiece created in collaboration with artist and sculptor .
Carved from precious Red Onyx, it captures that suspended moment when the material seems to come to life, like a flower on the verge of blooming.
The polished surfaces interact with the rougher parts of the stone, while crystallizations, cavities, and veins take center stage in a narrative woven from light, depth, and emotion.

Every detail celebrates the meeting of nature’s spontaneous force and the sensitivity of the human hand, transforming the stone into a one-of-a-kind work of art.

✨Onyx Bloom is the result of a creative process that combines concept, sculpture, and natural material.
In collaboration with artist and sculptor , the stone is interpreted and hand-carved to bring to life a unique work of art that expresses the dialogue between nature and human sensibility.
Every curve, every surface, every detail is the result of patient and meticulous work, where the sculptor’s touch guides the material toward its final form without ever distorting its essence.

The transparencies, crystallizations, and veining of the onyx become an integral part of the composition, transforming the natural stone into a one-of-a-kind work of art.

Onyx Bloom explores the dialogue between the power of nature and human intervention. 🪨✨

In@riccardogatti_sculptorartist ’s work, polished surfaces alternate with rough and crystalline sections, creating a textural contrast that reveals the very process of the stone’s formation. Natural cavities, “scars,” and internal crystallizations are not concealed but highlighted as authentic traces of its origin.

Every detail speaks to the tension between control and spontaneity, between design and material. The result is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece in which onyx transforms into a living presence, capable of bringing light, depth, and emotion to the space.

Art, material, and craftsmanship come together in a piece sculpted by nature and interpreted by the human hand.
