Cooking  Experience Tuscany I am Ilaria I organize unforgettable cooking experience of authentic Tuscan cuisine with recipes of my grandma.

The cooking class is helded in a tiny Borgo in an ancient building of XV cent in countrydide of north of Tuscany. I am Ilaria I grown tasting the authentic Tuscan cook and the old recipes
from my Nonna, 96 years old who owned a trattoria in Florence. My Hands On Cooking Class is an unforgettable experience
for those who want to learn authentic recipes of Tuscan cuisine. I will share with you the secrets and a lot of stories of food and ingredients.

We started from the market to get and learn the ingrédients and We arrived in a hidden island in a place with a warm and cosy atmosphère … I couldn’t ask more !

Trofie di Sori - which is a typical Ligurian dish
Why we prepared in Tuscany ?
Good to know that Lunigiana is Tuscany but it is a border land between Liguria and Emilia Romagna.
This is the reason why here the food is soooo good … because of the influences of the closest regions .
In this case the Trofie are a dish typical of Liguria and we have done it because our lovely guest doesn’t eat eggs and is vegetarian
So what better of Trofie ( pasta without eggs ) with pesto sauce ?!
We love to make something special for people .

Sometimes ago... my Panino Maialino (Piggy Bread) . This is a bread staff with tomato and mozzarella.
Don't ask me to do it again ... not because I do not want ... but because I am not able ... you know the story of Paganini ? He waa a talented violinist... but he could not repeat some piece, since he often used to improvise and it was therefore impossible to repeat in the same way an extemporaneous creation, born from the inspiration of the moment. So do I !
