Borage flowers (Borago officinalis) are excellent for culinary, medicinal, and gardening purposes, featuring a distinct, fresh cucumber flavor.

Mini Brazilian Churros with doce de leite ✨ Afternoon snack ✨
Recipe:

250 ml water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 pinch of salt
200 g wheat flour
3 eggs
Cinnamon and sugar (coat)
Dulce de leche
Oil for frying
Heat the water in a saucepan, lower the heat and add the butter and sugar.
Stir well until all the butter is dissolved.
Gradually add the wheat flour, stirring constantly, until the dough comes away from the pan.
Remove from heat and add the eggs one at a time, stirring well until the dough is fully mixed.
Place the dough in a pastry bag, squeeze the dough into the hot oil in a frying pan, the size is up to you, and cut the dough with scissors.
After frying, place on paper towels to absorb the grease.
Then, coat with cinnamon sugar and serve with dulce de leche.
