MARCA 2026 si è chiusa.
Per Coccola è stato un altro passaggio importante.
Essere presenti a MARCA – la fiera della Marca del Distributore
significa confrontarsi con chi oggi decide il futuro del food nel retail.
In questi giorni Coccola ha parlato di:
riduzione degli zuccheri
nutrizione intelligente applicata al private label
Coccola nasce come nuovo ingrediente.
Oggi è una marca, con una visione chiara
e una piattaforma di R&D che guarda al 2026 e oltre.
Da Bologna torniamo con risultati concreti:
1 contratto di licensing del brevetto nei Paesi dove scegliamo di non andare da soli (Canada e Libia)
presenza in 50 supermercati a Dubai
accordi di distribuzione nel food service per le bustine da 2 g
dialogo aperto con i supermercati italiani, che restano centrali
potenziale concessione del brand Coccola nella categoria liquidi
E soprattutto con una certezza:
la direzione intrapresa è quella giusta.
Ora ricarichiamo le energie.
Si vola al Gulfood – The World’s Biggest F&B Event.
Coccola sarà l’unica realtà italiana nell’area innovazione
e continua a scalare in orizzontale tra le categorie.
D’altronde, quando hai una nuova materia prima
che può sostituire zucchero e latte in diverse applicazioni industriali,
