Last Friday we brought our Nigerian-Italian dishes to restaurant for a one night only pop-up dinner. Serving:

- Suya Crusted Fried Cheese with a Pear & Grapefruit glaze on a bed of seasonal salad.
- Cassava Gnocchi with Egusi Pesto (Nigerian melon seeds) topped with freshly plucked cabbage blossoms from the Erba brusca garden.
- Grilled Suya Lamb with Garri Polenta and Charred Cabbages, Red Onions & Tomatoes.
- Vegetarian option of ‘Chickpea Moi-Moi Farinata’ to go with the polenta & charred vegetables
- Hibiscus Crostata a.k.a. Nigerian Zobo served 3 ways: Hibiscus custard, hibiscus syrup & hibiscus mousse on shortcrust pastry, topped with macerated lime.

We also served a really delicious cocktail (not pictured), it was the perfect starter for this culinary experience.
