Orange–Kiwi–Apple Jam 🍊🥝🍏
Sweet, fresh and slightly tangy — perfect for tarts, yogurt and cozy winter breakfasts!

Ingredients
3 large oranges (preferably organic)
4 ripe kiwis
2 apples (Golden or Renetta)
500–600 g sugar
Juice + zest of 1 lemon
½ cup water
Instructions
Peel and chop the oranges, removing seeds. Peel the kiwis and apples and cut into small pieces.
Place all the fruit in a pot with sugar, lemon juice, zest, water, and the apple cores in a small gauze bag (optional, for natural thickening).
Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Cook over medium heat for 40–55 minutes, stirring often. Blend slightly if you prefer a smoother texture.
Test the consistency on a cold plate.
Fill sterilized jars with the hot jam, close tightly, and flip for 5 minutes or boil the filled jars for 20 minutes for safe sealing.
