Presenting Continua, the final composition in our journey through the Impronta collection for Doimo Cucine Srl.

Designed by Ferruccio Laviani, Continua is an open architectural statement created to bring the kitchen into a constant dialogue with the rest of the home. This linear composition features a striking two-sided worktop that is open to both the front and the back, acting as a functional bridge that makes the space permeable rather than isolated.

While the tall units form a compact, authoritative architectural volume, the operational heart of the kitchen remains bright and continuous. It is a design that refuses to divide, choosing instead to connect the rituals of everyday life with the structure of the house.

Reflecting on Mara Arena — our exhibition project for Mara at Salone del Mobile.Milano 2026.

Designed by Ferruccio Laviani, the stand was conceived as an "architecture of encounter," redefining the relationship between the space, the products, and the visitor. The project functioned as an architectural device that orchestrated a narrative told through thresholds, passages, and shifting atmospheres.

The experience began in an open, "contemporary plaza" before transitioning across a threshold into a more gathered, introspective environment. In this intimate setting, the architecture became measured and tactile, defined by a sensory landscape of natural materials and warm tones.

It was a subtle balance where light and color dialogued with the furniture, ensuring that neither the space nor the objects prevailed, but instead worked together to create a singular, coherent experience.

As its name suggests, this kitchen operates like a rhyme: every element answers the other through affinity and measure. It is a design born from the search for balance between technical structure and interpretive freedom, creating a harmony of proportions, functions, and chromatics.

Presented at the historic Villa Necchi Campiglio in Milan, "Impronta" is more than a catalog—it is a "vision book" that redefines the brand’s identity for the high-end market. Rather than designing a single new model, Laviani has reinterpreted the brand’s entire "All-arounD" system, proving that a single modular "alphabet" can create infinite, deeply personal architectural narratives.

The kitchen is no longer a service area to be hidden, but the emotional heart of the home—a space for relationship and ritual.

Inspired by the essential form of a screw, VITE transforms a strictly functional object into a contemporary light sculpture. Its signature hexagonal shape provides a "systemic dimension," allowing it to be used as a minimalist individual point light or arranged in expansive, modular compositions.
