Enliven your table with the precious transparencies of our collection of glass and design. Ichendorf, una storia aziendale che ha inizio nei primi anni del novecento, in una località vicino Düsseldorf, dal nome Quadrath-Ichendorf. I maestri vetrai, da una miscela di sostanze tra cui la silice, davano forma ad oggetti che andavano incontro al raffinato gusto dell’epoca. Preziosi ornamenti erano i protagonisti di raffinate collezioni fino al 1950. A partire da quegli anni, si decide un cambiamento molto importante: prediligere l’essenzialità della forma e la purezza del materiale, per ottenere una trasparenza senza imperfezioni. Si eliminano i vecchi tagli e gli antichi decori, nella ricerca di un rinnovato linguaggio di forme accessibili a tutti e non più di carattere esclusivo: ha inizio la creazione di oggetti dal design contemporaneo. Dal 1990 il centro stile Ichendorf è arrivato e si è stabilito a Milano, polo creativo in cui artisti e designers orientano i gesti dei maestri vetrai in forme lievi e leggere che nascono da un segno su un foglio di carta, da un’idea creativa, fino alla manipolazione della materia attraverso il soffio dei maestri. Il grande pensiero alla base della filosofia produttiva di Ichendorf è l’insieme di tradizione e innovazione, di tecniche antiche e linee moderne.

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - +𝟭
+1 stems from the observation of a tiny yet powerful moment: a seed, a stone or an acorn becoming a plant. An almost imperceptible gesture that slowly grows into a new presence. A +1, precisely. The project accompanies this transformation through a system composed of a vase and a series of elements designed to hold and support different possibilities: an avocado seed, an oak seed—an acorn—or a lemon seed. The vase changes according to what it holds, becoming part ofa process that can never be entirely predicted: a root extending, a form evolving, a +1 finding its own space.
Rather than intervening in nature, the vase seeks to create the conditions in which it can be observed and supported, accompanying a transformation that follows its own timing and direction.
Here too, glass becomes part of the narrative. Its transparency reveals the water, the roots and the changes that unfold over time, while the coloured elements introduce a presence that evolves alongside the plant. Shades of green, lilac and yellow create small domestic landscapes, suspended between object and organism.
The set consists of an optical glass vase, on which the base best suited to the chosen seed can be
placed: yellow is designed for lemon seeds, pink for acorns, and green for avocado pits.

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮
Bolla is a vase that tilts and rotates in search of the perfect point of balance with the flower it holds. Together, they seek a position of stillness: there is no predetermined one, as every subtle movement creates a new relationship, turning the gesture into a small exploration in the pursuit of balance. The transparency of the glass reveals this experimental dimension through the interplay of solids and voids, soft lines and delicate geometries, while colour introduces further variations in the perception of glass and light. From the subtle green of the optically worked glass to lilac, each shade creates a different landscape.

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮
A glassware collection comprising four types: a cocktail glass, a ch*****ne flute, a w**e glass and a water glass. The distinctive feature of the series is the substantial solid-glass base shared by all four designs, giving them a modern and refined appearance while also providing greater stability.
The name Calla derives from the Ancient Greek kalós, meaning “beautiful”, and evokes an idea of beauty rooted in harmony, proportion and balance. The collection stems from a fascination with the contrast between the solidity of the solid-glass base and the lightness of the bowl, creating a refined interplay of proportions and light refractions. The substantial mass of the base thus enters into dialogue with the delicate transparency of the glass, creating an essential yet distinctive visual balance.

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 𝗣𝗲𝗴𝗴𝘆

The Peggy collection stems from a subtle reference to the fluid, enveloping forms of modernist architecture, reinterpreted through an interplay of volumes with different circumferences, asymmetries and angles. Variations in cross-section define each element, improving grip and allowing the different pieces to be easily stacked. The result is a simple and timeless collection, yet one with a playful and distinctive character.

A silent forest takes shape in glass. Inspired by the vast woodlands of our planet, the collection
expands with three new vases, the protagonists of this latest extension of the line.
Three new forms interpret the natural landscape through glass, transforming the impressions,
colours and presences of the forest into sculptural and decorative objects. The vases broaden the
collection’s visual language and strengthen its poetic dimension, bringing new expressions of
nature to the table and into domestic spaces.
