3/3 Chalet DN - leisure area

In this area the bar, designed to be a captivating focal point within the room, intentionally takes center stage.

Thanks to backlighting LED strips that gracefully contour the bottle display and the shelvings, it was possible to elegantly highlight this element: the indirect lighting solution emphasises the sense of depth without ever being visually invasive or overpowering.

2/3 Chalet DN - leisure area

The seamless integration of different functional zones (relaxation, dining and recreation) within a singular, open-plan space demands a sophisticated approach to lighting design.

Beyond simply illuminating, the choice of the correct light beam angle is vital for creating specific atmospheres in domestic environment: in this setting, the wide ambient light that makes the wood-clad walls breathe is punctuated by precisely directed, narrow beams.

A focused beam defines the circular dining table as an intimate gathering point, while another tight beam is positioned over the billiard table, creating dynamic contrasts and a theatrical effect that emphasizes the anticipation of play, all while maintaining the cozy warmth of the chalet.

1/3 Chalet DN - leisure area

The leisure area of Chalet DN represents a perfect equilibrium between rustic elegance and modern comfort. RDN ceiling lamps distribute a warm and uniform light throughout the space, enhancing the textures of the wood and the marble bar.

The central focus over the billiard table is defined by the STECCA pendant lamp: its linear shape provides a controlled and precise light, ideal for the game without being visually invasive.

3/3 Chalet DN

While the lounge area is defined by balance and soft accents, the dining table finds its ultimate visual expression through the STECCA pendant lamp (slide 2).

The choice of 2700K color temperature guarantees a warm, enveloping lighting, perfectly enhancing the natural tones of the surrounding materials and ensuring absolute comfort during moments of conviviality.

2/3 Chalet DN

In a space so rich in natural light, the lighting project needs to evolve in order to dialogue with a view that borders on perfection.

For the living area of this chalet, a completely tailor-made solution was developed: the RDN ceiling lamp, acting as a precise architectural element and meant to guide the eye outward in total harmony with the landscape.

1/3 Chalet DN

The transition between different spaces requires a light capable of guiding and defining the area: in the stairwell, the KYLE pt2 wall lamp traces sharp geometries, creating a grazing light that enhances the wood’s texture.

Crafted in solid brown burnished brass, it combines the technical rigor of controlled emission with the warmth and depth of a textured finish.

2/3 The moment natural light fades

Every lighting project we develop begins with a careful study of the volumes, the interplay of shadows and most importantly, how people will actually live and feel the spaces.

We believe the architecture should not lose its identity when the sun goes down, but rather reveal its most intimate atmosphere: it is through a careful and precise lighting study that we ensure every shadow and every beam of light works in harmony.

Because our work is not just to illuminate rooms, but to craft emotions through light.
