Saturday at home thinking about my time in Japan, that seems so far away… I still miss it and cherish those memories.

I created a tiny loot of pieces that I brought home, and they still bring me joy.

Don’t get fooled, I had to buy another big suitcase before leaving the Land of the Rising Sun, so this is not even 1/10 of what I have.

Besides ceramics, food and stationery are my favorite things to buy, and of course incense holders from temples. The Buddha was a gift — I remember being so happy about it!!

What would you like to bring home if you were in Japan?

You could easily say that it’s California, but it’s not.
Same amazing beaches, cool people, but only 2 hours away from home. This is the French west coast and a bit of northern Spain.

We rented a van and travelled around. I love this kind of travelling, but this time we had so many hiccups that it was not exactly how we imagined it. But it’s ok. Together with many low moments, we had some amazing ones too, and besides everything, we were together and on vacation.

It was much-needed time off, away from everything and everyone. A time to relax, read and smell the scent of Mother Nature. A precious time for ourselves.

HOW TO MAKE A MATCHA LATTE 🍵 (at least my way)

A simple ritual for making a smooth and delicious matcha latte at home.

1. Soak your Chasen in warm water
Let the bamboo tines soften before whisking. This helps prevent them from breaking.

2. Measure 2 g of Ėndiadi’s Matcha

3. Sift the matcha
This helps remove any clumps and creates a smoother texture.

4. Add a little hot water
Around 70–80°C — never boiling.

5. Whisk with your Chasen
Whisk quickly in a W motion until the matcha is smooth and slightly frothy.

6. Add your milk
Pour it directly into the bowl with the matcha.

And that’s it. 🍵
You can also enjoy it pure, simply whisked with hot water at the same temperature.

I’m finally bringing my favourite matcha to Italy!!!

This is a ceremonial grade matcha, coming all the way from Wazuka, Kyoto, Japan — a place known for its beautiful tea and long history of matcha production.

What started as a little matcha obsession somehow turned into a whole project, combining two things I love: matcha + ceramics.

I still can’t believe it’s actually happening.

A small project that I’ve grown very fond of, because it was commissioned by someone very special — one of the kindest and loveliest women I know. One of those people who truly values art and everything that comes with it.
