PALAZZO PAVONCELLO

✔️ The project involves a recovery plan within the framework of the historical downtown area of Albano Laziale.

During the technical survey campaign, several ancient Roman archaeological artifacts were discovered. The building’s area belongs to the ancient military camp of Legio II Parthica.

Today, the building is severely compromised from a static point of view and, therefore, partial demolition has been authorized which will be followed by an intense work of static consolidation and of reconstruction of the new building, while maintaining the original architectonical characteristics.

The residential complex will host the realization of 28 flats and 3 commercial premises. Moreover, the building area will provide an exhibition space to show and appreciate the new archaeological site and will include a private parking area for residents.

ISTANBUL DISASTER CENTER

🔻 This project focuses on the realisation of a visually striking building representing a challenge to both traditional architecture and engineering. Given the primarily didactic nature of the new Centre, it was our belief that the main focus of the building should be to involve visitors.

The surface of the building is raised up, allowing an appropriate quantity of natural light to get inside. An analogous system is also used in other areas of the building. The exterior landscape has been designed to separate the parking area from the pedestrian entrance, allowing a greter flow of visitors arriving in private vehicles or using public transport.

➡️ Этот проект фокусируется на создании визуально яркого здания, которое бросает вызов как традиционной архитектуре, так и инженерному делу. Учитывая, в первую очередь, дидактический характер нового центра, мы посчитали, что главная цель здания должна быть направлена на привлечение посетителей.

🔻 Поверхность здания приподнята, чтобы внутрь проникало достаточное количество естественного света. Аналогичная система используется и в других частях здания. Внешний ландшафт был спроектирован так, чтобы отделить парковку от пешеходного входа, что позволяет добраться большему потоку посетителей, прибывающих на частных транспортных средствах или использующих общественный транспорт.

The container is part of the very concept of the new brand that bases its style in the Urban Fashion.

❤️ FUOCO Restaurant in Dubai within the Address Harbor Point complex.

The concept of this restaurant is to immerse the customer in a place capable of establishing a balance between food and architectural space, in a reality that of Dubai that is always based on excess rather than on the essence of things.

This spectacular restaurant is dedicated to hospitality with only 50 seats inside in a space of 300 square meters, expresses all its inclination towards the contemporary, and the strength that fire as an element of life expresses. The concept design thus finds its essence in the prevalent use of metal, wood, and stone, which expertly combined make it intimate and welcoming.
