🔧 Cerchiamo un addetto alla lavorazione del plexiglass!

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nel nostro reparto per affiancare un artigiano esperto e imparare un mestiere unico e ricercato.

Non serve esperienza specifica nel plexiglass: basta avere un po’ di manualità, saper usare macchinari da banco (come quelli da falegnameria), leggere un disegno tecnico e avere voglia di imparare!

📍 Ti occuperai di:
• utilizzo di macchinari da banco
• uso di macchine laser e CNC
• piegatura, incollaggio e rifinitura dei pezzi

Bartolacci Design is proud to present its architectural lighting line, specifically designed for the recreational vehicle (RV) sector, where lighting quality has often been overlooked in favor of cheaper, low-consumption solutions. With this line, Bartolacci Design aims to revolutionize the concept of RV lighting, introducing advanced technologies and standards already established in residential, technical, and commercial lighting.

Innovation in the RV Sector
Traditionally, RV lighting has focused on cost and energy consumption, often at the expense of luminous efficiency and visual comfort. Bartolacci Design’s architectural line introduces an innovative approach, integrating technologies that improve beam control, reduce glare, and ensure high energy efficiency, with special attention to visual comfort and adaptability to different needs.

Collaboration with Lapo Grassellini
Bartolacci Design collaborated with architect Lapo Grassellini, a renowned designer of decorative and architectural lighting. This partnership allowed the development of products that combine minimalist design, high energy efficiency, and the possibility to customize each fixture to meet the specific needs of RV manufacturers.

Technical Features
The fixtures of the architectural line are distinguished by advanced technical characteristics:

1. SMD 3030 high-efficiency LEDs: Compact LEDs offering high luminous efficiency with low energy consumption.

2. Custom electronic modules: Each fixture features power and temperature control systems that maximize efficiency and product lifespan.

3. Optimal beam control: Advanced optics, including prismatic screens and DARK LIGHT technology, significantly reduce glare, improving visual comfort—a first in the RV sector.

4. High Color Rendering Index (CRI): Innovative LEDs maintain high luminous efficiency even at high CRI values, providing light quality comparable to the best technical and architectural fixtures on the market.

5. Internally designed components: All products use custom-made components, ensuring optimal quality control and the possibility to adapt to RV manufacturers’ specifications.

6. Wide range of fixtures: Including ceiling lights, pendants, and recessed fixtures in 1, 3, and 4-module versions, with further expansions including spot and linear projectors.

Production Innovation
Thanks to a high-quality 3D printing work center, Bartolacci Design offers RV manufacturers advanced services such as:
• Precise prototyping: Creating highly accurate prototypes for testing and refining products before large-scale production.

• Customized special productions: Quick-start special runs or fine-tuning before final mold and tool construction.
