Parteneri: Atelier Terrapia, Asociația KFZ Earth&Crafts, Környezettudatos Építők Szervezete, Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara, Facultatea de Arte si Design - UVT, RHeA - Research Center for Heritage and Cultural Anthropology, Asociatia Greenfeel, ICR Roma/Accademia di Romania in Roma, Asociația città della terra cruda, Equipe pluridisciplinaire CRAterre, Studio Peisaj, Fundația ETA2U, The Village, TVR Timisoara, tion.ro, TimNews, Caminota, Egeria, Printpress.

REGIO EARTH 2026 - and that's a wrap!

We took some time to clear the site and organise the results of the summer school. What a week it was. Six intense days of earth, experimentation, design, encounters and, above all, people.

A huge THANK YOU to all our trainers for sharing their knowledge and passion, to our local team, to all participants and to everyone who joined us and made these days so special.

The Summer School may be over, but the journey continues.
For Regio Earth, the next stop is Serbia — see you next year! For our project, this is just the beginning of a new chapter: the knowledge, stories, experiments and results gathered during Regio Earth 2026 will now come together in a travelling exhibition, taking this experience to new places and new audiences.
Stay tuned!

This year, Regio Earth is part of the project "A Cultural Journey in the lands of Banat", co-financed by AFCN and implemented by My Banat association and coordinated by us.

After the first day exploring earth as a building material, our participants are now working in groups, moving through different hands-on activities and discovering how local earth can be turned into building materials and techniques.

Together, they are learning how to make adobe bricks, mix and apply earthen plasters, work with wattle and daub, and experiment with rammed earth.

This year, Regio Earth is part of the project "A Cultural Journey in the lands of Banat", co-financed by AFCN and implemented by My Banat association and coordinated by us.
