👩🏻🍳 TRY TODAY’S RECIPE: mamma emma gnocchi with pumpkin with asparagus cream and mackerel fillets
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
1️⃣ Cook 400g of asparagus in boiling water for a few minutes, then pour it into a bowl with cold water and ice to preserve its color.
2️⃣ Cut the asparagus stalks and cook in a pan for a few minutes with a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic.
Then blend them with a dash of water.
3️⃣ To make the tips crispy, cook them for 4-5 minutes in a pan with a drizzle of oil and 125g of mackerel fillets. Set them aside.
4️⃣ In the same pan, add a dallop of butter, 100ml of water and bring to a gentle boil.
5️⃣ Pour directly 1 pack of gnocchi and cook stirring gently for about 3 minutes.
6️⃣ Plate the asparagus cream, add the gnocchi on top, and finally garnish with the mackerel and asparagus tips – buon appetito!
