It’s lovely to see these Manx Loaghtans sheep in nearby field. They are normally found on the north coast, keeping all the furze short.

I love seeing the swallows around the farm. It’s incredible to imagine that the swallows and their chicks will have to fly thousands of miles to Africa in only a couple of months time!

We are trying to perfect mozzarella cheese making using fresh milk from Jersey cows. Jersey milk is renowned for its creamy rich flavour because it contains roughly 25% more butterfat and 20% more protein than standard milk, making it perfect for cheese making.

We have tomatoes 🍅 galore. Lots of different varieties available from our HedgeVeg stall in Rue du Bouillon.

We have had our first viral FB post. Usually I get about 100 views and a dozen likes for posts but for some reason the post of my daughter driving the tractor to collect the hay has gone viral and been viewed over half a million times!! Had 7000 likes, which has brought 2500 new followers to this page. So welcome to everyone who is new to Le Bouillon Farm 😃

Now the field is cleared, it’s time to cut down a few sycamore trees along the edge of the field, as they can be poisonous to horses. We needed to remove them before they drop their helicopter seeds. With houses nearby we got the professionals in. Thank you Trees.je
