From a commercial standpoint, the well-known Guardian Life Centre Building in New Kingston and the Audi Showroom on Oxford Road are just a few of the buildings Rivi Gardner Architects have constructed. The firm has also worked with the Jamaican government on the rehabilitation and construction of new Schools, Courthouses, Health Centres and Police Stations across the island. Some major hotels such as Negril Gardens Hotel and Sea Splash Hotel in Negril, El Greco in Montego Bay, Runaway Bay Heart Hotel and Breezes Runaway Bay in St. He also worked in partnership with Sant and Associates on the five star, 360 room hotel on the south coast of the island called Sandals Whitehouse. He also collaborated with Birk Hillman consultants on The Sangster’s International Airport Terminal in Montego Bay, Air Jamaica terminal and Air Jamaica’s First Class Lounge at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston. The practice is devoted to a holistic approach - producing world class work that will contribute to fostering sustainable development for Jamaica.
