Role Description
We are looking for an talented Architect to join our team in Amman - Jordan .
This is a contract on-site role for an Architect ,who will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E. The Architect will work closely with the other disciplines to ensure that client needs and design goals are met.
Requirments & Responsibilities:
Strong Knowledge of the jordnian Regulations & Requirements of the Jordanian Engineers Association and civil defnece
Strong Conceptual / schematic design Skills ( Preliminary and Final Design stages of any project from concept to Tender Drawings ) .
Experience in construction drawings and architecture
Knowledge of materials and finishes
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication skills to work with project teams
Expertise in FF&E
Experience working on large-scale projects is a plus
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Architectural engineering .
• Not less than 4 years of Experience in Architectural Firms .
• Proficient with Design softwares such as ( AutoCAD , Revit , 3D Max , Sketchup , Vray , Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, etc ...
