竹皮で丁寧に編み上げた草履を、EVAスポンジ製の特殊な台に縫い付けた 『宮っこ草履』。
カジュアルからセミフォーマルまで、幅広いお着物に合わせてお履きいただけます。
台にはEVAスポンジを使用しているため、クッション性に優れ、 長時間歩いても疲れにくい履き心地です。
さらに、底材には耐久性の高いビブラムソールを採用しております。
すべての工程を職人の手作業で行っており、 草履表には天然の竹皮を一本一本、丁寧に編み込んで使用しています。
自然な風合いと、手仕事ならではの温もりを感じていただける草履です。

“Miyakko Zori” are handcrafted sandals made by carefully weaving natural bamboo bark and stitching it onto a specially designed EVA sponge sole.
They can be paired with a wide range of kimono styles, from casual to semi-formal occasions.
The EVA sponge sole provides excellent cushioning, offering a comfortable fit that reduces fatigue even during long periods of walking.
In addition, the outsole is made with a highly durable Vibram® sole.
Every step of the production process is carried out by skilled artisans, and the sandal surface is meticulously woven strand by strand using natural bamboo bark.
These sandals offer a natural texture and the warmth that only handcrafted work can provide.
