My lovely friends are visiting from Hong Kong. One of the girls took our cooking class back in April, and that’s how we became friends — which is honestly the best part of running a small cooking class! She brought the finest Chinese wine and cooked me a beautiful steamed fish. I’m truly grateful for everything she’s done.

We had a guest from the Philippines and made okonomiyaki and takoyaki together. Since he works in the food industry, he’s very knowledgeable about cuisine. Although we were supposed to be the ones teaching, we actually learned a lot from him — a truly delightful role reversal!😂😂😂
