11 hours of yard work, spring cleaning, drumming, exercise and grocery shopping. I’m pooped. Exhausted. Finito. Made a kale, avocado, mango, blueberry smoothie with pistachio milk. Refreshing!!

Y’all wanted this weather. I don’t wanna hear it. 😹.
I’ve been dealing with some blood pressure/vertigo issues for a little while now but today was my first attempt at a light on and off jog. I dids it. Gotta get back to healthy esp with all the bbq and bourbon I’ve been devouring 😺🤪

One of my goals in life was to eat Fugu aka blowfish in Japan and I got to eat it 4 different ways, I even got to drink it in my tea! I really do miss Japan and look forward to what the future brings. Until then I’ll reminisce and plan on my next travel!
