At the ripe age of 13 I got introduced to the album Flamejob and I have to say that person changed my life forever. Not only did it change my perspective on music esp because I was a Beatles/velvet underground freak at the time but it changed my perspective on people, artists and took me to a good dark place that helped create Me. Hey kittens!! Here it is another Tiger Bites ready to watch just to make you hungry!!!! Follow this tutorial for some delicious Thai yellow curry in the comfort of your own home. I ended up freezing 6 meals worth plus 2 before freezing= 8!! I hope you enjoy!!

Thai yellow curry:
Ingredients and measurements:

Cilantro for garnish/taste:
1 yellow onion
4 garlic cloves
2 cups broccoli
2 limes juice divided for cooking / taste
2 medium potatoes
3 carrots
1lbs Chicken breast
2 tsp ginger powder/fresh ginger
3 cans condensed coconut milk unsweetened
2 tbsp oil of your choice
2 tbsp coconut sugar
3 tbsp oyster sauce / fish sauce
3 tsp corn starch (save 1/2 can coconut milk)
4-6 tbsp Thai curry paste
1 tsp tamarind (dilute in half cup of water if using Indian).
Note: cook for 30 min once all ingredients are on a low/med heat and simmering. Do not cook at a high heat.

We have tornado damage in our neighborhood, now without power since 3:40pm yesterday. Trees on lines and broken all over the neighborhood including our yard. Sucks, mainly because all my delicious food went past the safe temp zone hours ago and had to throw it away before work. Hoping my freezers stay cold long enough …. Come on Duke energy!! I know you got your hands full but sh*tttt. Hope everyone who got the hit is ok!
At work now. Of course the power is on and everything is fine and dandy here 😹

Today I made Mapo tofu (Japanese style).
It was awesome esp because I’m not feeling hot. It hit the spot and not too heavy.

Kei and I pretty much rode the motorcycle scooter all over Ohio and Indiana this weekend. We did a small hike in Aurora IN, it was so hot the whole weekend I felt dizzy by the end of the day but we had a fun time exploring this area! What are some of your fav spots in the area?
