「金銀箔を現代空間にいかす」をめざして、金箔銀箔の接着技術を基に、日本の伝統的工芸技法を現代空間にいかす金彩装飾を、和紙、織物、塩ビシート、鋼板、ガラス、タイルなどに加工した内装材料、内装空間を提案、制作します。
箔の色合は、焼いたり化学変化をさせることで実に様々なバリエーションがあります。箔を四角、長方形、粒などの砂子にして蒔くなど、その美しさを表現する手法も豊富です。平面でも立体でも、色々の素材との組み合わせから未知の新しい輝きを生み出します。
