私たちは、
「全面改装ありき」だけの提案はいたしません。

既存を活かしながら、投資回収を意識した段階的リニューアル計画も得意としています。

宿泊施設・教育施設・商業空間で培った設計力をもとに、
様々な視点から空間を再設計いたします。

■Proposal Content

・New construction interior design

・Renovation of existing facilities / Phased renovation plans

・Space strategy design for new store openings

We do not simply propose “full-scale renovations as a given.”

We specialize in phased renewal plans that leverage existing assets while prioritizing investment recovery.

Drawing on design expertise cultivated in lodging facilities, educational institutions, and commercial spaces,

we redesign spaces from diverse perspectives.

If you are considering renovations this fiscal year or next,

please bring your blueprints and current photos and stop by our booth.

KomAdEです。

皆さま、昨年度は大変お世話になりありがとうございました。2025年は新たな出会いや、新しいチャレンジの機会に恵まれた、兎に角充実した１年でした。

KomAdEはいつも周りの皆さまに支えられています。
本当にありがとうございます。

今年も昨年同様、決してにおごることなく、１つ１ついただいたお仕事を丁寧に大切に慎重に。そしてお客様も、協力会社様も、わたしたちも、みんなが笑顔になれるプロジェクトに昇華していけるよう励んでまいります。

全部に手は届きませんが、わたしたちにお声を掛けていただいた方には全力でお力になれる会社であれるよう、願いと決意を込めて。

さらに今年はKomAdEにとって、初となるイベントも控えています。
