Design is not just aesthetics—it’s how a space works.

90% of great design is functionality: how elements come together to create balance, flow, and harmony. The beauty you see is simply the result of that precision.

Excited about this project—layering textures, playing with light, and blending tones, shapes, and forms to create a space that feels as good as it looks.

A timeless rooftop experience designed with clean pastel colours and soft hues of grey—creating a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere above the city.

This is an exciting rooftop bar concept, complete with a fully integrated kitchen and washroom facilities, designed for both function and elevated guest experience.

Our approach is rooted in timelessness.
We intentionally designed with pastel greys and neutral tones that will remain relevant for decades, ensuring the space does not age out of style.

The goal is simple:
By the time the client achieves their 7-year return on investment, they are not thinking of renovation—they are still enjoying the design, maximizing value, and continuously delivering experience to their customers.

Design that lasts.
Design that performs.
Design that pays back over time.

In 2022 , we did a full 360° renovation at Kakamega county - Milimani Apartments ,transforming an old-school kitchen and interior layout into a modern, clean, and chic living environment.

The client’s brief was clear — a refreshed, contemporary feel within a defined budget. We worked strategically to maximise value without compromising on design intent.

Works included spray painting of doors to a modern finish, full tile replacement, gypsum ceiling enhancements, and complete redesign of kitchens and wardrobes across 66 apartment units within the two blocks.

A demonstration that thoughtful design is not defined by scale of budget, but by clarity of ex*****on and detail.

Natural light and marble surfaces create a quiet neutrality that grounds the space. Layered with soft neutrals, it allows richer tones to emerge subtly—forming a refined palette of warmth, depth, and character.

At Fomm Decor, we craft timeless, biophilic interiors that embrace natural and neutral elements, creating living environments that feel calm, grounded, and enduring.
