What a shame we have to deal with this publicly, Rob…

Rob Harris doesn’t actually exist. We knew you couldn’t resist a bit of workshop drama.

The shop is perfectly safe, we just wanted to show off some new stock that’s now on the website.

These are all made from premium AEB-L steel. It was originally engineered for razor blades. Because of its super fine grain structure, it takes an extremely sharp edge, handles an absolute beating in the bush, and resists rust perfectly, all without being a nightmare to sharpen when you’re back from a trip.

The best part? You can actually own one of these blades without having to pull a heist. Just simply visit mbknanyuki.com

A rising tide lifts all boats.

Kenya has an incredible network of blacksmiths, artisans, designers, and chefs who pour everything into keeping their craft alive. Let’s celebrate that energy and back the people who value proper, honest work.

We want to keep discovering the best work being done around the country, from the bush to the kitchen.

Tag a local maker, independent artisan, or a chef whose craftsmanship you respect. Let’s give credit where credit’s due.

When was the last time you did something for the first time?

Spend a day at the forge and make something that will last a lifetime.

Bring a friend, bring your partner, make a weekend out of it.

In a world of things that are quickly forgotten, there’s something satisfying about creating something built to last.
