Spinners & Spinners joins the people of Tanzania 🇹🇿 in mourning Mzee Hafidh Ameir Hassan, husband of Her Excellency President Samia Suluhu Hassan. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the President, the bereaved family, our regional partners, and friends across Tanzania.

Those who knew him remember a respected elder and a quiet yet impactful role model to the nation. Although we did not know him personally, we stand with Tanzanians in mourning his loss and honouring his contribution to agriculture and public service.

May Almighty God grant him eternal peace and give his family and all who mourn him strength, patience and comfort.

Kitale Knit & Connect 2026 was a vibrant celebration of creativity, community, and economic growth! 🧶🧵✨

Hosted by Kitale Wool Shop in partnership with Spinners & Spinners, the event united machine-knitting yarn (MKY) retailers, consumers, and crocheters from across the Rift Valley and Western Kenya.

From an exciting outlet launch and fashion showcase to meaningful discussions and giveaways, the day proved just how much local talent we have to offer.
