Dear respected NATO,

As a prestige one of the most powerful international organizations, a lot of people respectfully would love to be a part of your amazing journey.

However, the phrase « Equal Access to employment » doesnt seems to really apply when it comes to recruitment. Only the nationals members nations are allowed to employed at NATO and correct me if I’m wrong, it doesn’t sound coherent to the vision and promise you announced as an « Equal access to employment ». Therefore, if a person is qualified for the job and unfortunately s/he won’t be eligible regardless of his/her nationality which is not one of the member nationals. So at the end, s/he would end up losing her/his opportunity to contribute the to the organization because his or her nationality!

That sounds quite confusing!
