𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿
Sihanoukville, Cambodia.
Under Construction.

An outcome shaped by an economy of means and a clear structural logic. The existing column foundation grid is retained as the governing datum, with new construction carefully built upward from this established order. Roof volume, span, and openness are calibrated to moderate light, heat, and air through passive means.

Intervention is minimal and deliberate. Materials are applied with restraint, and the underlying structure allows the building to evolve over time without loss of coherence. A residence resolved through clarity, use, and quiet discipline.

ផ្ទះ រលក | The Wave House
Sihanouk Ville, Cambodia | 2024
Status: In Construction

A house by the sea, shaped through light, air, and landscape. The courtyard is not ornamental but operative, structuring circulation, orientation, and privacy within the elongated site.

The design draws from the typological logic of the Khmer house, translating its memory into a contemporary framework. It responds to climate and context with quiet clarity, producing a residence that is both intimate and open, private and permeable.

Ocean Cove Villa is a fusion of contemporary architecture and warm, natural tones. The exterior reflects a sophisticated coastal aesthetic, featuring clean lines, expansive glass facades, and terraces that connect seamlessly with the oceanfront setting. The design embraces simplicity and harmony with its surroundings, creating a tranquil retreat by the sea.

The interior carries this refined vision forward, blending modern minimalism with organic materials. Wooden textures, soft lighting, and thoughtful details define the living spaces. The bedroom, as shown, exudes calm with its palette of earthy tones, textured walls, and sleek furnishings. Large windows frame panoramic ocean views, inviting natural light to flood the interiors and connect the spaces to the serene outdoor environment.
