Senior Sales Consultant
(Online Sales & Showroom Reception)
Location: JIMIHOME Showroom, BKK1, Phnom Penh
JIMIHOME is a premium home lifestyle showroom specializing in luxury bedding, home furnishings, décor, and lifestyle products.
We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and proactive sales professional who can independently manage customer inquiries, showroom reception, and sales follow-up.
Working Hours
• 6 working days per week
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1 day off per week
• Cambodian public holidays observed
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and other online platforms
• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales
• Invite customers to visit the showroom
• Welcome and assist showroom visitors professionally
• Introduce products and provide personalized recommendations
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Assist with social media posting and daily showroom operations
Requirements
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Customer Service, or Business Development
✓ Fluent Khmer language skills
✓ Good English communication skills (Required)
✓ Chinese language skills are preferred
✓ Strong communication and customer service skills
✓ Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
✓ Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
✓ Strong customer follow-up and closing skills
✓ Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
✓ Willing to learn about premium home, bedding, furniture, and lifestyle products

Compensation
USD 350 Base Salary + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus
