While Siem Reap’s economy is growing, the issues on garbage grew as well. While the majority are focused on the elimination of single-use plastic bags, plastic bottled water, and plastic straws, the Styrofoam, particularly "Take Away" Boxes
are being set aside. In our research, the bigger percentage goes to "No Clue" (of its value, or repurpose). Refusing to give up on a solution, we have decided to put more effort into our research, broadened our horizons, and tried to simplify things. The result is magnificent which leads us to the establishment of our Styro Project. Our unit may be small, but talented and dedicated. We are compelled to abide by our rules, just to give "used styro" the attention needed. We are proud of what we have accomplished. We deeply felt that we have contributed something good to our Local Community.
