🥖 Fluffy Air Fryer Naan in Just 6 Minutes! 🥖

These Naans are soft, fluffy, and full of flavor, made fresh in just under 6 minutes using an Air Fryer! It’s quicker and more convenient than a conventional oven, without compromising on taste or texture.

They pair perfectly with any of my homemade curries, succulent kebabs, or even enjoyed on their own. 💛

Ingredients:

500g plain flour
1/4 or 60ml warm water + 250ml warm water more.
30ml oil
30ml warm milk
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon dried active yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt, baking powder and nigella seeds (kaulonji)
4 tablespoons butter
Freshly chopped coriander

Today’s special: white rice served with creamy pumpkin curry, spicy coconut sambal, hearty mushroom curry, rich fish curry, crispy papadum, and fried chilies on top.

As I savored each bite, the flavors and aromas instantly took me back to my childhood—the warmth of my mother’s kitchen, her loving hands preparing every dish with care. This plate isn’t just food; it’s a heartfelt memory, a taste of home, and a tribute to the simple joys of life. ❤️

Homemade Air Fryer Patties ✨

Here’s a simple and delicious patty recipe I made using my air fryer! Perfect for tea time or as a snack. 🥟🔥

Ingredients:
• Bread flour – 1 kg
• Margarine (or butter) – 400 g
• Salt – 2 teaspoons
• Sugar – 2 teaspoons
• Eggs – 2 (plus 1 extra for brushing)
• Water – 50 ml

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt together.
2. Add the margarine and eggs, and mix well. Do not add the water yet.
3. Once mixed, refrigerate the dough for about 1 hour.
4. After chilling, roll out the dough very thinly and cut into circles.
5. Add your filling in the center of each circle and fold. Press the edges together with a fork to seal.
6. Beat the extra egg and brush the tops of the patties for a golden finish.
7. Bake in the air fryer at 160°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Crispy outside, delicious inside — these patties are sure to be a hit! 💛
