Chicken dumplings Sum Ting Yum
1 coconut can
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp gochujang paste
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mild/sweet soy sauce
1 lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cups spinach
2 cups mushroom

Soy Dipping Sauce
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp roasted sesame
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp chilli oil Sum Ting Yum
2 tbsp green onions

١ م. ص. أعشاب مجففة
١ م. ك. بابريكا مدخنة
½ بشر ليمونة
½ عصير ليمونة
١ م. ك. خردل ديجون
¼ كوب بقدونس مفروم ناعم
¼ كوب ثوم معمر (Chives)، إذا متوفر
