In my childhood, my family routines were built around having fun or spending time together. Most of it happened around the dining table. These moments brought my family members together and were crucial to our overall well-being. It was even a more exciting experience on special occasions. When making a dish and sharing a meal were no longer limited to my house
hold. But our relatives and even neighbors were engaged in this ritual. This is what made food so special to me as it was more than eating to survive. It was the center of all our gatherings, our human connection. With food, we had many of our biggest moments in life. We made friends, dated lovers, celebrated, remembered lost loved ones and even cured depression… As if food was supportive and healing. It had the power to eliminate anger and induce laughter. While growing up, I badly wanted to relive those moments over and over again. This is how the idea of LA POMME D’EVE ATELIER popped into my head. I come from EHDEN, the birth place of the most famous Kibbeh. I have a fervent passion for food and cooking, and I want to share it with you! LA POMME D’EVE ATELIER offers practical and fun cooking classes for everyone. They are easy to follow, even for beginners, allowing you to make different recipes and work closely with our expert chefs. Their diverse culinary background will enable you to explore a blended cuisine from different heritage with local flavor. You probably have a lot of choices when it comes to cookery lessons. But ours are held in my home village EHDEN and in a traditional Lebanese house with a beautiful garden! This will double your excitement and will add wonderful memories to your own! Moreover, every once in a while we will host a celebrity who will share with you some of his or her kitchen tricks and tips! We bid a vast selection of classes and there is sure to be a class to catch your attention. We also offer Team Building programs for corporate and kids classes to teach them the importance of healthy eating. And since our venue is a special one, you can rent it to celebrate and enjoy all kinds of small events such as communions, baptisms, birthdays, corporate presentations, proposal parties, bridal and baby showers…
