Located in a semi-urban area of Panadura, this residence is built on a moderately sloped land. The ground floor terrace area was thoughtfully utilized to design an open kitchen tailored to the lifestyle and requirements of a young couple.
The rear of the property opens towards a serene rubber plantation view. This natural backdrop was intentionally integrated into the overall design concept, allowing the outdoor scenery to visually merge with the interior space. Earth-toned finishes were selected to harmonize the kitchen and terrace area with the surrounding landscape, creating a warm and grounded atmosphere.
The master bedroom was designed with a simple and clean interior approach, maintaining a calm and uncluttered environment. An attached bathroom was developed using an “open-to-sky” concept, introducing natural light and ventilation into the space. A subtle green concept was incorporated within the bathroom design to strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor elements, enhancing the overall sense of tranquility and natural living.
