1200 Sqft Modern Home | Designed for Simple Living

A beautifully compact one-story home designed for a small couple who value comfort, privacy, and connection to nature.

This 1200 sqft residence features two bedrooms, a simple and welcoming living area, a cement-finished kitchen, and a unique bathroom with a private courtyard bringing in natural light and greenery.

The material palette embraces raw textures and timeless finishes — exposed brick, smooth cement surfaces, and a clean flat roof that strengthens the modern architectural form.

One of the highlights of the house is the outdoor dining area under a pergola, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor experience. The bedrooms open to a peaceful back garden framed with brick walls and layered plants, allowing every space to feel calm and connected to nature.

A minimal yet warm home designed for slow, intentional living.
