A memory book for his retirement... ✨

This custom made resin art piece was lovingly crafted on two wooden plates that served as the covers of an autograph book gifted to our dedicated postmaster on his retirement day.

To make the gift even more personal, his coworkers also customized keychains featuring the three initials of his name. Every detail reflected the appreciation and respect they held for him.

The autograph book itself was beautifully designed with sea themed backgrounds printed on its pages, creating the perfect space for colleagues to pen their heartfelt wishes, memories, and messages.

I was hestitating to post this for a long time because it's a failure in my eyes...

These flowers are from a bridal bouquet which I received several days after their wedding. Most petals of their white roses were already falling. There were these leaves and some orchids which were sprayed with some golden dye. They will retain their colour I thought. And so they did, even after dehydration. But, what occured was a disaster when I poured resin over them. The paint started dissolving in resin. And the orchids lost the golden glow and became dusty brown. The surrounding resin was stained with dissolved paint and it lost its crystal clear nature...

So sadly I say, this time the photos look a bit better than the actual product...
