Manga aren't simply a storybook. They have the power to change lives, to jumble up your emotions, and sometimes, to turn normal people into otakus. However, in Sri Lanka, even though there are many aspiring mangakas, they haven't had a good enough platform to present their works of art. Well, this is your chance, fellow manga artists.
