In this work, Rimas constructs a visual field that operates at the threshold between image and meaning. Composed of a grid of individually distinct yet formally related symbols, the piece evokes the structure of an unwritten language—one that precedes articulation and resists fixed interpretation.
Each element functions as a fragment: a gesture, a trace, or an echo of collective and personal memory. While the strict geometry of the grid suggests order, classification, and system, the expressive silhouettes within it disrupt any singular logic, opening space for ambiguity and intuitive reading.
